NEW PRODUCT for TRIUMPH

We have now extended our range of the popular billet rocker feed pipes to cover the Pre Unit 500cc Triumphs (5T, T100 & TR5).

NEW PRODUCT for BSA A50 & A65

We now have available a 750cc Big bore conversion kit. This is development of the DEVIMEAD kit but now with a Lightweight Alloy barrel and spun cast iron liners. The larger bore size provides more torque and in conjunction with our other tuning parts will increase the overall Brake horse power. Visit the WEBSHOP for full details

The October issue of the CLASSIC BIKE magazine contains a special SRM supplement. Inside are reviews of the Best of British bikes and a series of 'behind the scenes'' features on SRM. There's lots about our SRM special products and how they are developed and made.

FORDEN CLASSIC SHOW 2016

The FORDEN show this year was blessed with good weather all day (Sunday). The Show was very well attended with lots of vehicles of the 2  and 4 wheel variety. The Classic bikes on display in the main hall were of excellent quality and it was a difficult to pick an overall winner. Geoff presented the award to Len Ferneyhough for his Flat tank BSA. Many thanks to Richard Davys-Jones and helpers for organising this special event.

WHEELBUILDING CLUB TALK

On Wednesday 27th July we visited the Shropshire branch of the VMCC to give a well received talk on wheelbuilding. Jon was able to pass on lots of useful 'hints & tips' to the 30 members attending.There was a good Q &A session at the end and sandwiches and chips to round the night off.

NEW PRODUCT for BSA A7 & A10

Curing a leak from the BSA A7 / A10 rocker box can be a tricky job. We have designed a new one piece gaskets that helps with keeping the gaskets in place as the rocker box and pushrods are engaged. CLASSIC SHOW SUCCESS

The Show was very well attended and there was lots of interest in the variety of engines we displayed on the SRM stand. We were awarded the trophy for the BEST TRADE STAND DISPLAY and Jon Jolley received the award on behalf of SRM from ex-racer and TV commentator STEVE PARRISH.

INTERNATIONAL CLASSIC BIKE SHOW

The 2016 International Classic bike show is at Stafford 23rd - 24th April. We will have a show stand in the Main Hall near the Main entrance. This year our stand will be featuring lots of rebuilt engines from BSA, TRIUMPH & NORTON. If you have any queries regarding engine rebuilds and Classic bike restoration services then please feel free to call at the stand. We will also have a selection of our special parts on display and for sale.

Wall of Death BSA

After seeing the GUY MARTIN TV programme on the Wall of Death Speed record, it brought to mind a BSA Wall of Death bike that we helped restore a few years ago. The bike belonged to Ned Kelly (a Wall of Death rider) who used the BSA as an alternative to the Indian. We did lots of work on the engine, gearbox, wheels and paintwork. The bike sounded terrific on the open exhaust pipes.

NEW WEBSHOP NOW LAUNCHED

The new design for our online WEBSHOP has just been launched. The shop has been reorganised to be easier to use and now offers a search function and 'Deal of the Month'. More and more products are being add to the shop every week.
