With a skilled workforce and a properly equipped workshop we are able to undertake all types of restoration work. As the work is carried out ‘In House’ we have full control over the quality of the work being carried out. Our CNC machines allow us the flexibility to modify, adapt or even manufacture special parts.
Years of experience with rebuilding these bikes helps us to foresee potential problems before the final build commences or to be able to ‘build in’ useful improvements or modifications that will produce a better, more reliable bike at the finish of the build.
We are happy to supply an estimate of the work and discuss with each customer the specification and features they would like to be included in the rebuild. It is at this point we can help with suggestions for any helpful modifications. We can also supply a photo record of each stage of the rebuild.
As the work progresses we issue Invoices for stage payments and you can specify when you would like the work completed and we will do our best to accommodate this.
Once restored the bike would be set up on the rolling road and ignition and carburation checked. We would then do around 300 road miles to complete the ‘bedding in’ procedure for the engine and brakes so the bike is ready to enjoy straight away.
